Install Pioneer DJ DDJ-SR2 driver for Windows 10 x64, or download DriverPack Solution software for automatic driver installation and update. Hey there, Just purchased my first deck and the Pioneer driver site is down! Does anyone know where I can pick up the Mac OSX High Sierra.
Hi Kym, Thanks for posting! Is the M-Track not appearing as an input option or do you have no sound?
Those are very different. Have you tried just disconnecting, reconnecting and re-opening the software? With the drivers installed, does the M-track appear in your Windows device manager? Are you sure that you downloaded the correct driver and not the one for the? Here's the one that you would want for the original M-Track: Or do you have the? Please make sure to uninstall any other drivers you installed before installing the correct drivers for your M-track version.
Let me know how this goes! Hi Kym, Thanks for posting! Is the M-Track not appearing as an input option or do you have no sound? Those are very different. Here's the one that you would want for the original M-Track: M-Track - Windows ASIO Driver Or do you have the M-Track Quad? Please make sure to uninstall any other drivers you installed before installing the correct drivers for your M-track version. Let me know how this goes! Hello, and thank you for the response.
The M-Track I have is the standard M-Track.The M-Track appears as an output, not input in the Windows device sceen. When I plug the M-Track into my laptop and Windows searches the device driver, it works fine and sound comes out of the speakers just fine. However, in order for me to live broadcast on mixlr, the mixlr app doesn't recognize the M-Track as a sound source therefore I can't play live music. The exact opposite happens when I install the driver from the M-Audio website. The Asio Quad is recognized in the mixlr app, but the M-Track fails to work and no sound plays through controller to speakers.
Does that clarify a little better??? Like I said, I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything. Is there a certain order that I should do the installs?
The M-Track was working fine before the Windows 7 re-install (had 10 before and my laptop wasn't working well with it.) Though, my Serato software was freezing often. That's what prompted the Windows downgrade.
Still very confused why the M-Track ceases to work with the driver install from the website. Confused in Cali.Help! Hello, and thank you for the response.

Mixlr probably requires an ASIO driver to recognize the interface, which is why installing it allows the M-Track to appear in the app. The part that's confusing is that you mention this appears as 'ASIO Quad.' That doesn't sound like the original M-Track.
Can you provide screenshots of what you're experiencing? How is everything connected? The speakers, the DJ controller) Does the M-Track appear in your device manager when connected with the driver? Can you screenshot this?
In the end, this doesn't sound like a simple configuration problem and likely has everything to do with the way that you went back and forth between operating systems. You may need to contact Microsoft and have them walk you through reinstalling Windows 7 and reinstall the drivers/software from there. Reinstalled windows, and reinstalled drivers to Pioneer Controller, and M-Track.Again, no sound through controller when installing the driver from the M-Audio website.
The M-Track does work however when I roll back the driver to the 2010 driver.I think there may be something wrong with the newest driver??? Like I said before, when I plug the M-Track in and windows detects and installs the driver it works though my broadcasting app doesn't recognize it.It's completely puzzling to me. Please see pictures in the email I sent you. Thanks, KymJoy. Corey, I sent you pictures via email.

You even had it working fine until you decided to jump back and forth between operating systems. I'm assuming you sent an email through the support links at M-Audio? Those emails don't go to me, they go to our Tech Support team. I was hoping you would post the screenshots here on the forum. There is an Add Image option when you post.
At this point, you'll need to speak with someone directly anyway so they can take a closer look at what's going. If you're in California, than I recommend calling in to our Tech Support team as soon as you get a chance and speaking with someone. Let me know if you have any questions. Sorry for the sideways pics, but as you can see, the last pic shows the controller detecting the m-track on the channel setting yet no sound. The pic above it shows no sound detected through the main levels. My setup is simple and hasn't changed ever. Both controller and M-Track are plugged directly into USB ports on the laptop. The lack of sound with the driver install from the website confuses me completely.I work 5 days a week during M-Audio business hours so I can't be in front of my equipment when calling.Hopefully someone can help me without the access to my laptop and audio equipment.
Thank again:). Thank again:). Kym, The first thing I notice is that you are in fact selecting a driver for an M-Track Quad. The drivers will not work with the regular M-Track.
Please uninstall these drivers with your Windows Add/Change a Program utility. I'm not sure if this means that you have the correct drivers installed or not, so to be safe, please download and install the correct M-Track drivers from the link below: If the drivers are installed, than use the 'Input (M-Audio M-Track)' option from the input selection list in Mixlr and make sure to select the correct channels. Or is that the one that you were saying doesn't work? The M-Track meters will display the signal level of any signal being sent to the M-Track Main outputs. So, it will display the level of the input, as long as the Monitor Mix knobs isn't set all the way to 'USB.'
For the best metering results, turn the knob all the way to 'Direct.' If the M-Track isn't displaying any audio coming in from the meters on the top, than audio isn't coming in or the level isn't high enough. This would have nothing to do with the drivers and maybe even the M-track itself. It looks like you're using a booth or second output on the Pioneer to route to the M-Track, is that correct? Are you sure that the Pioneer is correctly passing audio through this output?
As a test, you could connect the main outputs of the Pioneer to the M-track. If you know these are working, that should confirm if the M-track is accepting signal or not. With all of that being said, I'd like to offer a suggestion. I'm not familiar with Mixlr, but the inputs labeled as '(Loopback)' sound like they're intended to take the audio directly from an output before it's sent out. So, if I'm assuming here that you're using the Pioneer as a controller and your mixes are happening in a separate software like VDJ or Serato, why not use the Pioneer (Loopback) option as your Mixlr input and bypass the need for the M-Track completely? If it works the way I expect it does, Mixlr would essentially just be taking the audio/mix output from your DJ software, instead of routing it out of the controller and back into an M-Track.
I'd like to think that an app meant to broadcast live DJ mixes would be prepared to do this. To be honest, and just so I can clarify, it's not very practical to be troubleshooting a setup like this via a forum, but I'm trying:) There's just too much miscommunication on either side and things are getting 'lost in translation.' I still recommend contacting support for much clearer communication and likely a faster solution if this doesn't work out. Pioneer DDJ-SX2 4-Deck Serato DJ Controller Following up on the wildly successful DDJ-SX, Pioneer has refined and improved upon the original design to give you the Pioneer DDJ-SX2 Performance DJ Controller. Another game changer, this is the industry’s first controller to give DJ's dedicated control of the new Serato Flip functions within Serato DJ, meaning you can use the Serato Flip expansion pack to record and re-play up to six hot cue sequences on the fly with designated buttons – record, start, and slot – for maximum efficiency. This 4-deck controller builds on the popularity of its predecessor, but inherits two must-have features from its big brother, the DDJ-SZ: Performance Pads with velocity sensitive, multi-colored LEDs and on-jog digital cue point markers. The DDJ-SX2 also boasts improved jog wheel reaction time and allows for Serato DVS connectivity. Control Layout: If it ain't broke, don't fix it! The first generation DDJ-SX was hailed for its simple and intuitive layout that put a multitude of Serato DJ features right at your fingertips, so the layout of the buttons, performance pads, sliders, and knobs have remained intact on the DDJ-SX2 to keep giving you the ease of use you know and love.
Multi-colored Performance Pads First seen in the flagship DDJ-SZ performance controller, the DDJ-SX2 incorporates the multi-functional, eye-pleasing Performance Pads to control eight different parameters within Serato DJ. Aside from being more aesthetically pleasing, the illumination colors provide instant identication for the function of each pad, such as hot cue, sampler, slicer, and roll. While in velocity SAMPLER mode, tap strength can be used to determine output level from the pad. Amplified MIC Input: The Pioneer DDJ-SX2 Performance DJ Controller features an improved microphone (MIC) input circuit, allowing for crystal clear audio output, void of any distortion, regardless of the mic used. Thanks to the increased headroom and highly improved signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, the 4-deck controller delivers clear audio even at exceptionally high volume levels. High Accuracy Jog Wheel: Leave latency in the dust with the massively improved output reaction time of the JOG wheels, ensuring scratch performances are not hindered in any way.
Within the JOG dispaly is also a 'Hot Cue Countdown,' allowing the user to visualize the remaining time in a given Hot Cue point and helping the user quickly arrive to a specified position in the music playing. 4-Channel Mixer: Use external sources such as turntables with the DDJ-SX2's independent 4-channel mixer, and use the master level meter for instantaneous sound level adjustment as well as independent output controls with a display indicator for each channel.
Expanded Functionality: Use the DDJ-SX2 as a traditional controller or use the four external inputs for connection with turntables, CD players, microphones, and more without the need to connect to a computer. For another layer of control, use the best of both worlds and control Serato DJ with CDJ players or analog turntables via Serato DJ DVS functionality. Get your mix out into the world through external PA equipment with two Master and one Booth output.
It's not installed on the controller. You will need to load Serato on your computer. The Controller is Serato ready meaning the software you install on you computer will recognize the controller & all the buttons, switches, jog wheels, faders, Mic, & Aux ports. If you pay for an advanced version of Serato you can plug turntables directly into your mixer & you can use the Serato Control Vinyl to mix & scratch your MP3's on your computer. The version of Serato that you get when you buy the mixer is limited but upgrade-able.
